What We Do
We work from your drawings, CAD models, sketches or an existing sample part. If the design isn't finished yet, we can help you get it there.
CNC Routing
850 x 1300mm bed with 80mm of Z clearance. Timber panels, solid hardwood, composites, foam and tooling board, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, acrylic and engineering plastics. Panels, brackets, jigs and fixtures, patterns, replacement parts and short production runs.
Laser Cutting and Engraving
Two CO2 lasers - 80W on a 500 x 700mm bed and 60W on a 600 x 600mm bed - cutting up to 10mm. Acrylic, MDF, plywood, rubber, leather, cork, felt, fabric, paper and card. Clean edges for panels, templates, gaskets, inlays, display pieces, signage and marking.
CAD and Design for Manufacture
Drawings from scratch, tidy-ups of files that won't cut, reverse engineering from a sample part, and honest advice on the one change that makes a part cheaper to make. Bring a sketch, a photo or a broken part.
1 / Send us what you have
A drawing, a CAD model, a photo, a sketch on the back of an envelope, or the broken part itself. Whatever stage you're at is fine.
2 / We review how to make it
We look at how the part is best made, flag anything that will be difficult or expensive, and suggest changes if there's a simpler way to get the same result.
3 / We confirm the details
Material, quantity, tolerances and finish get pinned down before anything is cut, so there are no surprises later. Achievable tolerance depends on the material, geometry and setup, and we'll tell you what's realistic for your part.
